Shipping Charge
We offer following two ways of shipping method.

A. Charge on customer's account (No Fee)

• Shipments are FOB King of Prussia PA.
• We can ship using your account at FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
• We don't charge any shipping & handling fee when we use your account.

1. Select "Charge to my account" from Shipping Method, then
2. Specify your carrier name, your account number, and delivery speed in the comment section at the bottom of the check out page.

B. Prepaid and add on the invoice

• We offer FedEx prepaid & add shipment.
• Please select preferred shipping method at the checkout. The shipping cost is added on your invoice.
• No insurance is default.
• Exact shipping cost may be different for large volume. We will contact you before charge the shipping cost if it's different.

Lead time
We typically can ship PEEK products the same day the orders are received for in stock items.
Lead time for not in stock in PA office is typically 1-2 weeks.
Our normal business hours are 8 AM to 5 PM ET Monday through Friday.

Tracking
We email you the tracking number when we ship your order.

Sales Tax
All shipments are FOB King of Prussia PA.
International shipment may be shipped from NBK Headquarters in Japan through each countrys' distributors.
Sales tax will be charged for orders within PA.
We can waive Pennsylvania sales tax if you provide a proof of Pennsylvania reseller permit or tax exemption.
If you want to waive the PA sales tax, please send us a copy of your reseller permit to info.us@nbk1560.com.

Shipping insurance
Shipping insurance is your option, but we strongly recommend you to insure your order.
We are not responsible for any carrier delays and/or undelivered items.
